A security risk management expert with over a decade’s worth of experience as a member of Victorian police, Paul prides himself on delivering outcomes in even the most complex of investigations.
As managing director, Paul oversees day-to-day operations, including the planning and consultation stages of an investigation. He also personally leads all investigations in regards to workplace incidents and injuries, IR and HR investigations and all integrity related issues.
Paul holds an Advanced Diploma of Public Safety (Police Investigation), Diploma of Security and Risk Management, Diploma of Government Fraud Control, Diploma of Government Investigation and a Diploma of Work Health and Safety.
Patrick brings to SureFact Australia 20 years of experience in the risk, OH&S and insurance industry. Throughout these two decades he held senior management roles at a range of national insurers, occupation rehabilitation providers and local government. He’s also worked in executive protection throughout South-East Asia.
As director of operations, Patrick is responsible for implementing and delivering policies and procedures to ensure high quality outcomes in a timely and efficient manner. He also lends insight into insurance-related investigations, especially claims management.
Patrick holds a Diploma of Security and Risk Management, Diploma of Work Health and Safety, Certificate IV Security Risk Management, Certificate IV Training and Assessment, Certificate III Investigations and Certificate III Bodyguard.
Having spent 30 years in the workers’ compensation consulting field, Geoff brings a wealth of experience to SureFact Australia.
As director of finance, Geoff is responsible for developing our organisation’s financial strategy, including cash flow analysis, financial targets and the assessment of key performance analytics.
General Manager – Workplace Risk
During her two decades of service in the Victoria police, Mary attained the rank of Detective Sergeant and was tasked with overseeing complex investigations and navigating them through to their eventual outcome in the court system.
As SureFact Australia’s general manager, Mary mentors investigators and manages quality assurance throughout the investigation process, utilising her comprehensive knowledge of corporate investigations, WorkCover, general insurance and TAC investigations to make sure outcomes align with project briefs.
Mary holds an Advanced Diploma of Public Safety (Police Investigation), Certificate IV Government Investigation and a Certificate IV Training and Assessment.
General Manager – Operations
A recent addition to the SureFact team, Joe arrived after 15 years in the Victorian police, during the majority of which he served as a detective and supervisor at police stations across the state’s west. He also has extensive experience in the building industry, having worked in insurance assessment.
As investigations manager, Joe brings his invaluable techniques and skills to the support of our investigators, complementing our already vast and diverse team.
He holds an Advanced Diploma of Investigations (Detective) and Certificate III in Investigations, along with construction related certificates.
